The 2026 Calendar "Siamo nel Parco! Nous sommes dans le Parc!" is presented in a cross-border format and is an invitation to respect simple rules: not only because we are in a Park, not because it is forbidden, but because it is right!

The Calendar of the Alpi Cozie Parks 2026 has been created as part of the European ALCOTRA 2021-2027 program thanks to the project BiodivTourAlps Project (Biodiversity and Tourism) together with the French national parks, Ecrins, Mercantour, and Vanoise, the Gran Paradiso national park, the Alpi Marittime protected areas, and the Alpi Liguri regional park. The common activity in the BiodivTourAlps project is aimed at developing effective proposals for biodiversity conservation and reducing the impacts of tourist activities on the environment and natural resources in protected areas, improving the knowledge and management of human-nature interactions.

The theme accompanying the 13 monthly panels - from January 2026 to January 2027 - draws public attention to the coexistence between conservation needs and enjoyment requirements. This is not always an easy task because to pursue the former, it is necessary to limit the latter through usage regulations, behavioral norms, and prohibitions (periodic or absolute).
