L'alpeggio Costa Rossa di Mompantero montica con bovini di razza pezzata rossa austriaca, piemontese ed incroci e caprini.
Produce tipo toma fresca e stagionata, lait brusch, primo sale, ricotta, tometta alle erbe, peperoncino e ginepro, burro, tomette fresche e stagionate di capra, ricotta di capra e primosale caprino.

The Fontana Mura Refuge is located in the Orsiera-Rocciavrè Natural Park, at the foot of Colle della Roussa, a pass that connects Val Sangone with Val Chisone.
Refuges and bivouacs
Located at 2200 meters, the recently built building extends over a total surface area of 490 square meters and stands on two floors above ground.
It has rooms with reserved bathrooms for 18 people and two dormitories with 56 bunk beds.

The refuge, located in the Alpe Selleries basin at an altitude of 2023 m above sea level, is owned by the Piedmont Region, which has carried out its renovation since 2003.
